Subject: TSSA, Warangal – Pedagogy wing - Conduct of a 1-day Teleconference programme in two spells on LEP 3R’s i.e., 18.09.2014 & 19.09.2014 from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM – Reg.
Reference:The State Project Director, SSA, Telangana State, Hyderabad, Proc. Rc. No. 12/SSA/T6/2014, Dated: 13.09.2014.
As per the instructions of the State Project Director, TSSA, Hyderabad, it is decided to conduct a 1-day Teleconference programme in two spells on LEP 3R’s i.e., 18.09.2014 & 19.09.2014 from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM, during the teleconference orientation to the teachers will be given through PPTs on the week wise/day wise schedule, specific activities and practice to be implemented to see the low achieving students at least acquire the 3 basic R’s of Reading, Writing and Simple Arithmetic within the set target dates.
Therefore, all the Mandal Educational Officers are informed to identify the teleconference center and depute 50% of primary, upper primary schools and 6th, 7th, 8th Telugu, English, Maths teachers of High schools for the first day of teleconference on 18.09.2014 through channel-II of MANA TV and the remaining 50% of the teachers on 19.09.2014 through channel-I/II of MANA TV at the identified venues from 10.00 AM to 01.00 PM. The Mandal Educational Officers, all Headmasters of PS, UPS & HS should attend the teleconference on any one of the day.
Further the Mandal Educational Officers are instructed that in all single teacher schools a CRP may be deputed during the regular teacher attendance for the teleconference and send the attendance particulars of teleconference in the attached annexure through mail on 19.09.2014 without fail.
