June 22nd : Displaying of vacancies of 1,2,3,4 category wise, and also available on official website.
June 22nd -30th: Applying of online applications, submission of copies to related observers/officials.
June 29th: Displaying of details of vacancies category wise, subject wise, medium wise , management wise after rationalisation in DEO offices and websites.
July 1st to 2nd: Observation/verification of applications/points by consider DEO.
July 3rd: Displaying of seniority list points, names of surplus teachers identified in rationalisation.
July 4th : Receiving of objections on seniority list.
July 5th: Solving of objections/requests.
July 6th : Displaying of final list of seniority.
July 7th : Dist and Zonal level transfer & promotion counselling for P.G H.M’s of Z.P and govt.
July 8th: Dist and Zonal level transfer & promotion counselling for S.A (S.A to P.G H.M).
July 9th – 11th : Dist & Zonal level transfer counselling for teachers (S.A’s and L.F.L H.M’s) working under all managements and mediums of all subjects.
July 12 : Dist level promotion counselling for S.G.T s to S.A & L.F L H.M of all managements & mediums.
June 13th - 16th : S.G.T s and equivalent cadre teacher transfers counselling of all managements and all mediums.
