I am to state that in the reference 6th read above, the Collector and District Magistrate, Warangal has been pleased to conduct the SMC meeting and to pass the minutes of the meeting held on 22-08-2013. Accordingly the special officers has been requested to visit the MDM Schools in the District and to submit the visit reports to the Collector and District Magistrate , Warangal duly extending a copy to District Educational Officer, Warangal.
Therefore, I request you kindly to issue necessary instructions to all the Executive Engineers, Panchayat Raj in the District to Complete the Construction of kitchen Cum Store room immediately and make them available for the use of Schools in the District and it is also stated to avoid further problems in cooking of Mid day Meals under the trees or in open place in the premises of School compound.
In the Video conference the Commissioner and Director of School Education, A.P. Hyderabad have once again reiterated the instructions to take preventive and precautionary measures in the implementation of the MDM Scheme taking the recently tragic under MDM Scheme in Behar wherein as many as 23 students died and hundred others fell ill after consuming Mid Day Meal; served to them.
I therefore, request you kindly to extend a copy of the instructions issued to the Executive Engineer panchayat Raj, Warangal District for taking further necessary action in the matter.
