While enclosing herewith a copy of the reference 1st cited, all the Deputy Educational officers/Mandal Educational officers in the District are hereby informed that they are aware of the instructions issued by the Commissioner and Director of School Education, A.P. Hyderabad in the earlier and to follow the instructions scrupulously. Further they are once again reiterate the important instructions and take care to implement more careful for effective of MDM Scheme in the District.
In this connection, they are requested to take all necessary measures on the instructions issued by the Principle Secretary to Government school Education Department ,Andhra Pradesh, Commissioner and Director of School Education, A.P. Hyderabad and Additional Secretary, Human Resource Development Department , New Delhi besides submitting the action taken report on the following important aspects immediately.
- a). Conduct of Mandal level SMC with the Tahasildhar as Chairperson regularly and submit Minutes of the meeting.
- b). Division of Mandal into three and supervision of each by MEO, MDO and EORD responsibly, ensuring that attest two schools are visited by them daily.
- c). Supply of good quality rice till schools points, preservation, consumption and record maintenances.
- d). Making HM and teacher (in rotation) incharge of testing MDM before serving to students daily.
- e). Use of clean and fresh, Vegetables, water and utensils.
- f). Training of CCHs on MDM and their personal hygiene.
- g). Completion of Kitchen shed Construction.
- h). Maintenance of accurate records at School and Mandal points.
- i). School Visits by all officials in Mandal/District.
Further, they are once again requested to bestow your personal attention in the matter implementing the instructions issued for effective Monitoring of MDM Scheme and see that they are no more ‘’incidents’’ like Nalgonda.
Therefore, they are further requested that the Deputy Educational officers/Mandal Educational officers will be held responsible in implementation of MDM Scheme at Mandal/Divisional level. Their Visit/inspection reports along with Photographs/Press Clippings shall be submitted daily through online, so as to enable to submit the same to the Regional Joint Director of School Education , Warangal every Thursday without fail.
