Subject: TSSA, Warangal - Engaging the service of Part time Instructors in Art Education, Health & Physical Education and Work Education in upper primary schools/upper primary sections of High School for the academic year 2014-15 - Releasing of honorarium to the concerned SMCs in the district for the period of October, 2014 to December, 2014 - Orders-issued.

ORDER :
As per the instructions of the State Project Director, TSSA, Hyderabad in proceedings 1st read above the Part time Instructors were re-engaged for the year 2014-15. Through the note orders 3rd read above their honorarium has to be released to the concerned SMCs accounts.
The Project Officer, TSSA, Warangal is pleased to sanction an amount of Rs.17,88,336/- (Rupees Seventeen Lakhs Eighty Eight Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty Six Only) towards the (131) Part time Instructors honorarium for the period of October, 2014 to December, 2014 in advance to be released to the Part time Instructors concerned SMCs accounts.
The Finance and Accounts Officer, TSSA, Warangal is requested to transfer an amount of Rs.23,58,000/- (Rupees Twenty Three Lakhs Fifty Eight Thousand Only) to the concerned SMCs in the district as per the annexure enclosed.
The expenditure shall be booked under the available funds of financial year AWP&B 2014-15 of SSA.
The Mandal Educational Officers in the Warangal district are hereby requested to inform the above matter to the Chairman SMC and Headmaster concerned and instruct them to draw the amount after completion of every month and disburse to the Part time Instructors concerned as per their attendance after payment for total period.
The Headmasters concerned are instructed to submit the acquittance and month wise performance reports to the District Project Officer, TSSA, Warangal. If any balance is available remit the same to TSSA account. Any discrepancy found the matter in future the Headmaster will be held responsible. The receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged forthwith.
