Subject: TSSA, Warangal - Budget - Release of MRC Grant to all the Mandal Educational Officers in the District for the year 2014-15 - Sanction orders - issued.
Reference:
1. AWP and B 2014-15.
2. The State Project Director, SSA., Telangana State, Hyderabad Proc. Rc. No. TF4/012/FC/2014, dated: 29:11.2014.
3. Note orders of the District Collector and Chairman, TSSA, Warangal dated:12.12.2014.
Keeping in view of the above, instructions issued by the State Project Director, SSA, Telangana State, Hyderabad and allocation of budget during the year 2014-15 and note orders of the District Collector and Chairman, TSSA, Warangal and under reference 1st and 3rd read above, sanction is here by accorded for release of an amount Rs.40,80,000/- (Rupees Forty Lakhs Eighty Thousand Only) to all the Mandal Educational Officers in the district to meet the expenditure in connection with the MRC Grant during the year 2014-15 as per SSA Guidelines.

The Finance Accounts Officer, TSSA, Warangal is requested to release and credit the amount to all the Mandal Educational Officers in the district as per the annexure-I appended to these proceedings to the account numbers through RTGS the following budget provision.
The expenditure is booked to the following Head of Account.

- Activity - Contingency grant 12.04
- Budget allotted as per AWP&B 2014-15: Rs. 40,80,000/-
- Present Expenditure: Rs.40,80,000/-
- Balance: Nil
Further, all the Manila! Educational Officers are requested to furnish the utilization certificates to this office at once at the earliest without fail. The receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged forthwith.
