Subject: Mid Day Meal Scheme Allotment of Rice under Mid Day Meal Scheme to the Primary (i.e I to vth),Upper Primary (I.e VI th to VIII th ), High Schools(i.e IXth and X th ) and NCLP institutions of Warangal District for the month of July-2013 Mandal wise allocation issued – Certain instructions already issued by the Collector(Civil Supplies ), Warangal Communicated by this office to be followed strictly -Closing Balance of Rice as on 31-08-2013 to submit the Thahasildhar Concerned/District Educational Officer, Warangal / Collector (Civil Supplies) –Certain instructions – Reg.

In Continuation of this office proceedings second read above, all the Mandal Educational officers in the District are hereby informed that the instructions issued by the Collector (Civil Supplies ), Warangal in the earlier is reiterated once again, and they are informed, a review meeting in the chambers of Collector (Civil Supplies ), Warangal was held on 19-07-2013 and the matter has been reviewed with the District Educational Officer, Warangal and District Supply officer, office of the Collect orate , Warangal and discussed the ways and means for the Distribution of Rice of Mid Day Meals to the Mandals. It is noticed by the Collector (Civil Supplies), Warangal , that the Mandal Educational officers are not submitting the rice closing Balance, Consequently it is very difficult to supply the indent Rice much earlier. Further the Collector (Civil Supplies), Warangal as taken a Serious view that the Non furnishing of Closing balance of Rice is very serious lapes on the part of the Mandal Educational officers. Therefore, it is instructed to submit the Closing balance of Rice particulars to the District Supply officer, office of the Collectorate , Warangal as on 31-07-2013 by 1-08-2013 without fail.
Further, they are informed that the Utilization Certificates for the academic year 2008-2009, 2009-2010-, 2010-2011, 2011-2012, 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 are due from the District Educational officer i.e from all the Mandal Educational officers in the District. It is also requested to submit Mandal wise , School wise rice distributed Utilization Certificates for the above academic years on or before 02-08-2013 along with month wise, Mandal wise closing Balance Mid Day Meal Rice to the Collector (Civil Supplies ), Warangal by 01-08-2013 without fail.
Therefore, they are requested to look into the matter personally and see that the Utilization Certificates for the academic year 2008-2009, 2009-2010-, 2010-2011, 2011-2012, 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 i.e up to July-2014 shall be submitted on or before by 02-08-2013 to the Thahasildhar Concerned/ District Educational Officer, Warangal/Collector (Civil Supplies ), Warangal without fail. It is also informed that if they are failed to comply the order of the Collector (Civil Supplies), Warangal, the Mid Day Meal Scheme Rice for the month of August-2013 onwards will not be released, the Mandal Educational officers Concerned shall be liable for imitation of disciplinary action as per c.c and A Rules , 1991.
The format for the submission of Rice particulars is appended herewith, they are requested to submit the Utilization Certificate in the proforma for the above years up to July-2013 and reach the same to the Thahasildhar Concerned/ District Educational Officer, Warangal/Collector (Civil Supplies ), Warangal on or before 02-08-2013 without fail.
The receipt of the proceedings shall be acknowledged.
