2. D.O letter Rc No: 356/MDM/2011, D.27-07-2013 of Dr. G Vani Mohan, I.A.S., Commissioner and Director of School Education, A.P. Hyderabad addressed to the District Educational Officer, Warangal.
While enclosing herewith a Copy of the reference 1st and 2nd read above, all the Deputy Educational officers and Mandal Educational officers in the District are hereby informed that they are aware of the objectives for the implementation of MDM Scheme. Further in the recent Video Conference held on 19-07-2013 the Commissioner and Director of School Education, A.P. Hyderabad has issued clear instructions on each and every point for the effective implementation of MDM Scheme. The instructions in Video Conference and also important guide lines have been Communicated in this office proceedings Proc.Rc.No.3116/A5/MDM/2013 , Dt. 20 -07-2013 and 26-07-2013, they are reiterating once again and requested for strict adherence .
Further, they are informed that the Principle Secretary to Government School Education Department ,A.P, Hyderabad has addressed a D.O letter to the Collector and District Magistrate ,Warangal and the Commissioner and Director of School Education, A.P. Hyderabad issued detailed instructions to the District Educational Officer, Warangal for the effective implementation of Mid Day Meals. They are once again requested to grow through the instructions of the Principle Secretary to Government/Commissioner and Director of School Education, A.P. Hyderabad and ensure for the effective implementation of MDM scheme, and see that the Records are to be maintained at School/Cooking Agency level and also at Mandal office so that the visiting officers may verify the up to date information on all the important issues and to submit their report accordingly. The Mandal Educational officers are requested to Communicated the Copy of the D.O letter to the Mandal level officers i.e., Mandal Development officer and EORD and Mandal Special officers at Mandal level for implementation of the instructions of the Principle Secretary to Government/Commissioner and Director of School Education, A.P. Hyderabad .
Further the Budget for Construction of kitchen sheds under MDM Scheme has already been released by the Commissioner and Director of School Education, A.P. Hyderabad. It is stated by the Commissioner and Director of School Education, A.P. Hyderabad stated that ‘’ But no significant progress in the construction of kitchen sheds under Mid Day Meal Scheme is noticed. The construction of kitchen sheds should be completed (100%) by 15th August, 2013 where works are already started and where works are yet to be started the same should be started and completed by 31st August, 2013’’. Therefore , they are requested wherever the kitchen Cum Store rooms were sanctioned but work not commenced, they are requested to Contact the concerned Executive Engineer (panchayat Raj), Warangal, ,Mulugu and Mahabubabad and see that the Construction of kitchen Shed Shall be Completed as instructed by the Commissioner and Director of School Education, A.P. Hyderabad and also as discoursed before the Collector and District Magistrate, Warangal on 19-07-2013.
They are once again requested to bestow your personal attention in the matter and see that the above instructions are implemented and MDM scheme is implemented in an effective manner without giving any scope for any unforeseen incidents and the DyEOs/MEOs will be held responsible for any failures.
