Sub:- RVM (SSA) – Warangal – Online monitoring system to monitor the performance of CRPs - A one day Orientation and Planning meeting on re-organization of School Complexes and Demonstration on uploading of CRPs details at DPO on 17.04.2014 – Reg.

2. Note approved by the Project Officer, RVM (SSA), Warangal.
As per the proceedings of the State Project Director, RVM (SSA), AP, Hyderabad, it is decided to have online monitoring system for performance of CRPs in the district and it is added in the “childinfo.ap.nic.in” website. For this the following steps are to be takenup.
a. Details and photos of CRPs to be uploaded in the website.
b. Mapping of schools allotted to the CRPs should be done.
The CRPs shall visit the schools everyday as per their job chart and upload their school visit report in website. The payment of monthly honorarium to the CRPs shall be ensured based on the visit of schools allotted to them and upload the information in website.
In this connection, there is a need to re-organize the school complexes due to the UP level CRPs have no identified schools to visit and monitor the schools and to equalize the work load of CRPs for proper monitoring of schools and to get the reports in time. As per the instructions of the State Project Director, RVM (SSA), AP, Hyderabad the following points are to be noted.
1. It is to be noted that further there will not be any UP level school complex separately.
2. Every complex should have a Primary and one or two subjects of UP level complex except in the mandals of Hanamkonda and Warangal.
3. Every CRP should have equal distribution of work to monitor the schools properly and to give the reports intime.
Therefore the Mandal Educational Officers are instructed to attend the meeting with annexure duly filled as per the schedule.
