As per the subject and references cited above, the Part time Instructors for (a) Art Education (b) Health & Physical Education (c) Work Education shall be appointed in the Upper Primary school/Upper Primary sections of High schools where the enrollment in upper primary classes is more than 100, for this purpose 6^th & 7^th classes in Upper Primary schools and 6^th to 8^th classes in high schools shall be considered. Accordingly 516 posts have been sanctioned in annual plan of 2014-15 with required budget. Category wise no. of posts are as shown below.

For engaging the services of Part time Instructors a school level committee is consisting of concerned school headmaster, SMC chairman of concerned school and the complex headmaster of concerned school. The PTIs who worked during 2013-14 shall be continued if their performance is satisfactory and if the school is having more than 100 children in UP sections. The school level committee shall assess the performance and genuiness of the candidates as per guidelines. Those candidates shall be given age relaxation if required and can be reengaged.

In view of the above the Mandal Educational Officers and Headmasters of concerned schools where posts sanctioned should display the vacancies, schedule & guidelines on the notice boards of MRCs and schools and give wide publicity. The concerned school Headmaster should receive the applications of the candidates and select as per the norms issued by the District Project Office, SSA, Warangal through the committee and follow the following schedule.

1.      Display of notice at MRCs & concerned schools                              -           21.06.2014

2.      Last date to apply at concerned school                                              -           25.06.2014

3.      Selection through school level committee & submission

of selection list to the District Project Office, SSA, Warangal         -           27.06.2014

4.      Approval by the District Level Committee                                       -           30.06.2014
