Subject: TSSA, Warangal – Re-organization of Cluster Resource Centers (School Complexes) for the academic year 2014-15 - Reg.

As per the instructions of the State Project Director, TSSA, Hyderabad and note approved by the Project Officer, TSSA, Warangal and District Additional Joint Collector, Warangal, it is decided to Re-organize the Cluster Resource Centers (School Complexes) as per the norms of SSA frame work in approved AWP&B 2014-15 on the following basis.
i. Shifting of School Complexes from Primary, Upper Primary to High Schools.
ii. The school complexes functioning in Primary School and Upper Primary School shall be shifted to a nearby High School/School Complex and the School Complex where less than 18 schools are attached shall be merged in the nearby school complex and the attached schools shall be distributed among the nearby school complexes based on distance and transportation facilities.
iii. Initially each school complex shall be allotted one Cluster Resource Person and remaining Cluster Resource Persons who will be identified after shifting and merging of school complexes in the nearby school complexes may be adjusted as a second Cluster resource person on the criteria of number of schools allotted to school complexes in descending order.
iv. The subjects of Upper Primary level also will be allotted to the school complexes within the mandal only.
v. The material available with the merged school complexes/shifted School Complexes shall be handed over to the nearest school complexes.
Therefore, all the Mandal Educational Officers are informed to follow the below mentioned schedule.
1. District level meeting to the MEOs & MIS COs - 04.08.2014
2. Mandal level Headmasters meeting for finalization of SCX - 05.08.2014
3. Submission of school complex list to the District Project Office, SSA, Warangal - 06.08.2014
