Proceedings of PO Warangal on Re-engaging the services of CRPs, contract agreement and performance assessment: Project Officer SSA, Warangal has given a proceedings to all the Mandal Educational Officers in the district for Re-engaging the services of certain personnel on contract basis in the SSA. Certain instructions and guidelines have been issued to the MEOs in this regarding.

Reference:
1. The State Project Director, SSA, Telangana State, Hyderabad Proc. Rc. No. 646/ TSSA/ Plg/ T7/ 2014, dated: 22.04.2015.
2. Note approved by the District Collector and Chairperson, SSA, Warangal, dated: 23.04.2015
As per the instructions of the State Project Director, SSA, Telangana State, Hyderabad vide reference cited above, all the Mandal Educational Officers in the district are requested to re-engage the services of Cluster Resource Persons on contract basis and on performance basis to work from 27.04.2015 till the end of the academic year 2015-16 in the mandals and school complexes in the district duly assessing the performance.
A model contract form and proceedings is enclosed for ready reference, no personnel shall be engaged without entering into contract under any circumstances if any deviation is noticed action will be initiated against the concerned officers as per rules and while re-engaging the Mandal Educational Officers and the school complex Headmasters shall strictly assess the performance of the previous year of the CRPs.
All the Mandal Educational Officers shall collect the information of the personnel category wise in the format enclosed and submit individual performance report along with Xerox copy of contract bond paper of CRPs concerned and furnish the same to the District Project Office, SSA, Warangal. The information shall be updated from time to time based on modifications.

The original contract bond should be kept at MRC only. All the Mandal Educational Officers are guided to keep in view that if any CRP not runs the summer camp for 'C' grade children in fruitful way that CRP may not be re-engaged. Therefore, all the Mandal Educational Officers in the district are requested to follow the norms strictly without any deviations and submit compliance report to this office. The proceedings shall be acknowledged forthwith.
