Sub: TSSA, Warangal – Swachh Balak Mission (SBM) – to be launched in all schools from 14th to 19th November, 2014 – Theme of the mission along with the dates communicated – Action taken report called for – Reg.

As per the instructions of the State Project Director, SSA, Telangana state, Hyderabad and proceedings of the Project Officer, TSSA, Warangal, it is scheduled to conduct Child Rights Week Celebrations and Library Week (Patanothstavaalu) from 14.11.2014 to 20.11.2014 vide reference 1st & 2nd cited above.
As per the reference 3rd cited, instructions were issued to launch Swachh Balak Mission (SBM) in all schools & Anganwadis from 14th to 19th November, 2014 by the Ministry of Drinking Water & Sanitation. The theme of the mission along with the dates is as follows.
14.11.2014 - Clean school/surroundings/play areas.
15.11.2014 - Clean food
16.11.2014 - Sunday
17.11.2014 - Clean self (the activities on clean self/personal hygiene can be taken up on any day).
18.11.2014 - Clean drinking water
19.11.2014 - Clean toilets.
(Atleast one day between 14th & 19th November, 2014 may be taken up as interaction day with children by Gram Panchayat & Village Health & Sanitation committee members).
Therefore, all the Mandal Educational Officers in the district are informed to instruct the PS, UPS & High school Headmasters and Anganwadi teachers for Swachh Balak Mission (SBM) also to be launched in all schools & Anganwadis with effect from 14.11.2014 to 19.11.2014 and send the day-wise action taken report to District Project Office, TSSA, Warangal.

all the Dy.Educational officers and mandal Educational Officers, in the District are requested to grow through the on going programme of Swachh Bharat and also go through the instructions issued by the Govt. and also the District Collector Warangal which is figured in the press (Copy enclosed) and make them aware of the all the heads of secondary schools and primary /Upper primary Schools Model School and Res Schools in the District. submit compliance report every day to the District Educational Officer , without fail...
