Sub: MDM Scheme – implementation of MDM Scheme – Certain schools in the Month of September-2014 attendance very poor – Reasons along with their visit report of the school called for – Reg.
Ref: 1).Review meeting of the Assistant Directors Held on 25-11-2014 in the office of the C&DSE, Telangana, Hyd.
2). Minutes of the meeting communicated to the DyEOs and Mandal Educational officers in the District on 26-11-2014 .
All the Deputy Educational officers and Mandal Educational officers in the District are here by informed that during the review meeting of Assistant Directors held on 25-11-2014 in office of the Commissioner and Director of school Education, Telangana , Hyderabad , it is instructed that the coverage against enrollment, uncoverage with percentage basing on the MIS information, it is noticed that in some schools the percentage of attendance is very poor. The list of schools are herewith enclosed.
In this connection they are requested to visit the said schools immediately and submit the detailed report along with justification for the reasons for low percentage of attendance. They are also requested to arrange a meeting with the pupil parents SMC committee members, cooking agency and identify for what reasons the pupil are not attending the school regularly and submit their specific remarks to take necessary action for coverage of 100% enrollment in the schools.
This shall be treated as most urgent and their report shall be submitted immediately.
