True copy of the Commissioner and Director of School Education, Telangana State, Hyderabad is herewith communicate to all the Deputy Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers in the district for take immediately necessary steps and request to go through the Guidelines and give vide publicity in this regard and submit the Proposals of the Teachers as per the schedules without fail.
They are also request to State Specifically in Proposals whether the teacher is involved in any Criminal Case / Suspension in Service / Un authorized absent / initiation of any disciplinary action, as per the service Registrar of the teacher and also the statement given by the teacher Concerned.
All the concerned Deputy Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers in the district are requested to submitting the proposals for National Awards 2014 duly filled all columns in the proposals in without leaving any scope for further correspondence, if any of the above particulars are not mentioned clearly, the proposals will be summarily rejected and the citation (Bio-Data and other details) should contain at least 20 lines and invariably be attached to thp Proposals, the antecedents certificate and the service particulars shall invariably be scrutinized and signed by the concerned Deputy Educational Officers/Mandal Educational Officers.
