Subject: Mana Vooru Mana Pranalika – Works Identified under Mana Vooru Mana Pranilika on Priority basis at District / Mandal / Habitations Level – Communication of list of works – Grounding of works during the 2014- 15 intimation to the MPDO/EO(PR&RD) Concerned/Chief Planning Officer further instructions issued –Reminder - Regarding.

In continuation of this office proceedings 2nd reference read above, all the Deputy Educational Officers and concerned Mandal Educational Officers in the district are hereby informed that during the Review meeting held on 17-12-2014 it is discussed that the District Collector, Warangal instructions once again reiferated and informed that (50) works at District Level, (10) Works for each Mandal and (3) works per Habitation were Identified under Mana Vooru Mana Pranalika Programme of the Education Department and instructed to prioritize them year wise 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17 to 2018-19 and start implementation/grounding of the works from this year i.e. 2014 – 15 with the Budget allotments made to School Education department and also instructed that any discrepancies with regard to Nomenclature Estimated cost, Executive Agency name and etc .. to be rectified in the website(copy of format herewith enclosed).
While so, it is informed that prior to submit the information to the District Educational Officer, Warangal, they are expected to update the information at District Level through Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Warangal and also at Mandal Level, the Mandal Parishad Development Officer / Extension Officer (PR & RD) concerned basing on the report of the Engineer Evaluation, conformation of Nomenclature, Location etc…. Further, they are informed that in the Mandal Level works i.e. at Panchayathi / Habitation, in certain work estimated cost not mentioned. They are requested to take necessary action for preparation of estimated Cost through the Engineer concerned and incorporate the same in the Statement and update the same in the online.
Hence, all the Deputy Educational Officers/A D (Model School) / Deputy Educational Officer (RMSA) and all the Mandal Educational Officers are once again inform that the any updations are not received to this office after lapsce off somany days and once again request to Prioritized the said identified works under “Mana Vooru Mana Pranalika” immediately and update through online through the above officers immediately and submit the confirmation report along with Online Number if any as per the instructions of the District Collector, Warangal if possible along with a photo graph without fail for onward submission to the Chief Planning Officer, Warangal, for submitting the report to Government.
