Government of Telangana Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan - Warangal District, SSA Project Officer has given instructions to all the Mandal Educational Officers for Supply of Uniforms to the eligible children studying Class I to VIII in the Government Management Schools for the year 2015-16. This letter details as follows

Subject: SSA, Warangal - Supply of Uniforms to the eligible children studying Class I to VIII in the Government Management Schools for the year 2015-16- Procurement of Uniform Cloth from APCO - Placing indent with APCO for supply of Uniforms cloth - Reg.

In pursuance of the subject cited above, all the Mandal Educational Officers are informed that the State Project Director, SSA, Telangana State, Hyderabad had informed that the Govt. of Telangana had directed to place indent with APCO for supply of common color of uniforms for the schools in the state for the academic year 2015-16 and ensure that the process of stitching and distribution of uniforms to children is completed by the end of July, 2015.
In this regard, all the Mandal Educational Officers of Warangal District are requested to inform School Management Committees of all Government Management schools to place indent with APCO in the prescribed format enclosed herewith by 20th June 2015, for supply of uniforms cloth to all the eligible children of class I-VIII for the year 2015-16 and ensure that the cloth is directly supplied to School Management Committees and the process of distribution of stitched uniforms to all eligible children is completed by the end of July, 2015.
