Sub:- RVM (SSA) - Warangal - Re-Engaging of the Services of certain personal on contract basis in the RVM - Instructions and Guidelines - Issued - Reg. Ref:- 1. The SPD, AP Hyderabad, Lr. No. 5730/RVM(SSA)/C3/2010, Dated.28.04.2014.
As per the instructions of the State Project Director, RVM (SSA), AP, Hyderabad reference cited, above all the Mandal Educational Officers in the District are requested to re-engage the services of Cluster Resource Persons, Divisional Level Monitoring Team Members on contract basis and on performance basis to work from 28.04.2014 till the end of the academic year 2014-15 in District Project Office, Divisions, Mandals and School Complexes in the district duly assessing the performance.
A model contract form and proceedings are enclosed for reference. No personnel shall be engaged without entering into contract under any circumstances if any deviation is noticed action will be initiated against the concerned officers as per rules. While re-engaging on assessment of previous year performance shall be strictly assessed.
All the Mandal Educational Officers shall collect the information of the personnel category wise in the format enclosed and submit individual performance Report of CRPs, DLMTs concerned and furnish the same to the District Project Office, RVM (SSA), Warangal. The information shall be updated from time to time based on modifications.
Therefore all the Mandal Educational Officers in the district, are requested to follow the norms strictly without any deviations and submit compliance report to this office.
